Part of the joy of writing and drawing cartoons is the opportunity to lampoon society and there are certainly plenty of topics to satirize. The fine line that a non-editorial cartoonist tries to walk requires an even handed approach. The trick is to provoke thoughtful consideration and not to push an agenda or be one sided. So here is hoping that Bucksnort will prove to be equally offensive to both Liberals and Conservatives.
